Biosafety Lab Dedicated Tulane dedicated its new $27.5 million state-of-the-art research lab within the Tulane National Primate Research Center on Friday (Dec. 5). The Regional Biosafety Lab will focus on developing treatments, vaccines and diagnostics for airborne infectious diseases and potential agents of bioterrorism. For more information click here
Fall 2008 Graduates Warm congratulations are due to Terrance Cassidy and Brad Banks, both of whom completed their MPH degree requirements this fall. Terrance is is a Physician Assistant in Exxon-Mobil’s Fairfax Virginia facility. Terrance focuses on administration and program development these days, and does not see many patients. Brad Banks is the manager of the respiratory department at the Mayo Clinic at Scottsdale, Arizona.
